For further information, please ask one of our staff members. There are no restrooms on the top level of the mezzanine. In addition, there are wheelchair accessible family restrooms available on the first level of the mezzanine. Most of our public restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Last row of the mezzanine in Zone 9 & 10. No stair zones: Front Orchestra, Zone 1, 6 and standing room on the main floor. Wheelchair zones: Front Orchestra, Zone 1, 6 and standing room on the main floor. ![]() Please note: Wheelchair accessible seating may be purchased by phone, in person and online. Seats with adjustable armrests are also available. Patrons who cannot or do not wish to transfer from their wheelchairs to a theater seat should request wheelchair-accessible locations when ordering tickets. There are wheelchair and scooter accessible locations where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to theater seats. Please note: The elevator on house right does not provide access to the mezzanine (level 4). There is an additional elevator to provide entrance to the Stieren Orchestra Hall in which our pre-show Prelude Talks take place. The theater has two elevators, house right and house left, which operate between orchestra (level 1), front gate entrance (level 2), loge (level 3) and mezzanine (level 4). Accessible EntrancesĪll entrances to the theater, gift shop and dining areas are accessible. Mobility aids that cannot be stored safely within the patron’s seating area will be stored outside the theater as close as possible to the patron’s seat. Please request this service through the Box Office windows. The theater doors will open approximately 30-45 minutes before each performance. The theater gates to the patios open approximately an hour before each performance. Ushers are available approximately 30-45 minutes before performances to assist patrons in getting from the Box Office to their seats. Designated accessible parking for vehicles bearing valid Department of Motor Vehicles (MVD) disability parking placards or license plates is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
